Call Jane (2022)

In the pre-Roe v. Wade world of 1968, a pregnant Joy (Elizabeth Banks) is diagnosed with congestive heart failure and is given a 50/50 chance at survival if she continues with the pregnancy. The only other option is to terminate and in order to get approval for the procedure, she has to sit before an all-male board while they decide her fate, and - of course - they vote against ending the pregnancy. Serendipitously, she discovers the Jane Collective, a group of Chicago women led by Virginia (Sigourney Weaver) running and underground organization to facilitate safe abortions. Eventually, Joy goes from patient to participant and joins the Janes in their mission. Be on the lookout for Elizabeth’s pert pair underneath a see-through nightie, as well as a peek of panty while in bed with her oblivious husband (Chris Messina). Plus Sigourney displays her naughty nips in a tight tank with no bra while tricking a doctor into lowering the price to perform abortions. Call the fire department, because these ladies are smokin’!
