First Blush (2021)

Presumably based on the old idiom of dismissing a notion when it's initially presented, First Blush (2021) is a film about a conundrum presented to an otherwise happily married couple. Nena (Rachel Alig) and Drew (Ryan Caraway) got married when they were young, but they find that they're very content to be a couple in an increasingly polyamorous world. Of course, those notions are shattered when they meet Olivia (Kate Beecroft), a woman they both find attractive! As they decide to plunge into the waters of polyamory and try out the whole throuple thing, Nena, Drew, and Olivia all discover that meeting the needs of one person is tough enough, but keeping all three people in a relationship satisfied is borderline impossible. Perhaps they rushed into things, which isn't a stretch considering they'd never even thought about polyamory until they met Olivia, but now they're in the thick of it and it's too late to go back. Or is it? We're not entirely sure, because it seems pretty ideal for Drew there, what with being the only guy in a throuple. Not sure what his story is, but maybe look into it, pal! If you're hoping for lots of lesbian lip locks between Kate Beecroft and Rachel Alig, coupled with some hot and heavy fully clothed action, you've come to the right place! The ladies share several sapphic smooches in the flick, but they never doff their duds or take off their bras, even in bed with their man! At First Blush, we think this movie could use a lot more nudity!
