Those Who Wish Me Dead (2021)

Those Who Wish Me Dead (2021) is a very tense thriller from director Taylor Sheridan about a teenager who just so happens to witness a murder. In the aftermath of that crime, the teenaged witness suddenly becomes the next target of two assassins making their way through the wilderness in Montana in order to kill the witness and protect themselves. The witness joins forces with a forest ranger and survival expert who watches for forest fires and just so happened to see the kid wandering in the woods, covered in blood. The two of them try to keep safe from fires that ravage the woods and from the assassins that are tracking the teenager. The assassins start fires to consume the two of them, but they are no match for the forest ranger who knows how to fight a fire. Hannah Faber is our fearless forest ranger played by Angelina Jolie. Angelina is surprisingly fierce in this film, going back to some of her action movie roots in a hot scene in which she climbs up and down forest towers in her tight tank tops and cargo pants. In one scene, she does manage to take off her shirt to show us her very sexy cleavage in a white bra. There are some scars on her shoulder from burns and knicks, but she's one tough cookie. We only wish that we could see the cookies she has smuggled away into that bra. One thing is for sure: Angelina Jolie is here to bring the fire!
