Last Sentinel (2023)

It’s the story of a four-person military crew stationed at a metal outpost in the middle of the ocean in 2063, after climate change has caused the sea levels to rise and swallow up all the land, save for two warring nations. The crew is anxious to return home, but it’s been three months since their two year tour of duty was supposed to end and no one has shown up to relieve them. Eventually a ship arrives, but it contains few supplies and mysteriously zero people. Thomas Krestchmann plays the reigning Sergeant who insists they don’t leave their post unattended, while Lucien Laviscount and Martin McCann’s Privates Sullivan and Baines, respectively, are anxious to go, leaving Kate Bosworth’s Corporal Cassidy pulled in both directions by her duty to her superior and her semi-romance with Sullivan. Speaking of privates, while we don’t see Kate’s we do get to peep her in her panties and sports bra, so sea levels won’t be the only things that have risen!
