L' Homme est une femme comme les autres (1998) is the comedic story of Simon (Antoine de Caunes), a happy homosexual whose life is thrown topsy-turvy when his wealthy uncle offers to leave a fortune if his nephew marries a woman. "If you have to suffer," advises Simon's mom (Judith Magre), "suffer rich." Simon then sets his sights on Elsa Zylberstein, as virginal Rosalie. When Elsa gets naked, nobody suffers.
