One could argue that Lucille Ball (Nicole Kidman) and Desi Arnaz (Javier Bardem)are the most famous television married couple of all time, but behind the scenes, they made their semi-autobiographical marriage and even just Being the Ricardos difficult for each other and everyone on the set of I Love Lucy with their antics.  In Academy-Award Winner Aaron Sorkin's biopic about the very real-life married couple, we are dropped into the middle of their already booming television careers, after they formed Desilu Studios, and are getting some bad press from the powers that be in Hollywood.  Like any famous couple, Lucy and Desi faced accusations of affairs, drinking too much on set, turbulent arguments, and because of the time, McCarthyism painting them as a couple of damn dirty Commies!  While there was some truth to them having a wildly turbulent marriage that ended after 20 years, including affairs, on set arguments, alcoholism, and eventually a very public divorce, that didn't mean that this power couple didn't produce one of the most groundbreaking and revolutionary TV comedies of all time!  Hollywood legends and Oscar winners themselves, Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem shoulder the weight of recreating the ups and downs of a relationship that existed both in front of and behind the camera lens.  Luckily for us too, Nicole Kidman doesn't mind showing off her undies, especially in the flashbacks to the early days of the 1940s when they were still courting each other and she certainly looks the part of the young and hot Lucille Ball, who was still having a fling with Henry Fonda when she met Desi and hit it off.
